#26 in the National Pokédex, Raichu is a Mouse Pokémon and the evolution of the iconic Pikachu. This is a regional form that evolves from Pikachu in the Alola Region. It gains a Psychic-type on top of the usual Electric, using psychokinetic abilities to be able to ride its tail like a surfboard! Poké Balls in Smash may contain an Alolan Raichu, where it will surf around the stage in an attempt to ram into opponents.
