#383 in the National Pokédex, Groudon is a Continent Pokémon, with legend claiming that it is responsible for raising the very land people stand on today. This has classified it as a Ground-type. Living in underground magma, it can erupt volcanos and evaporate water, making it a savior to many people during flooding. It is a super-ancient Pokémon, falling dormant after a cataclysmic battle with Kyogre.
