#130 in the National Pokédex, Gyarados is the Atrocious Pokémon, being infamous for its aggressive and destructive nature despite evolving from the docile Magikarp, retaining its Water-type alongside a new Flying-type. Once Gyarados begins a rampage, it won’t stop until it has burned everything around with its powerful Hyper Beam. It is said that any place a Gyarados is seen is fated for destruction, being revered as a deity of sorts. Luckily, they are rare in the wild.
