#2 in the National Pokédex, Ivysaur is a Grass-type Seed Pokémon, being the evolved form of starter Pokémon, Bulbasaur. The Bulbasaur line are actually the very first Pokemon in the National Pokédex! Unlike Bulbasaur, Ivysaur can’t stand on its hind legs, as its bulb has gotten too heavy from exposure to sunlight. However, it uses that bulb to unleash a barrage of seeds upon foes! It can also throw one of the surrounding leaves as a razor-sharp projectile.
