Kammy is the brains behind Paper Bowser’s brawn, being the king’s right-hand Koopa. She was almost never not at the king’s side, even as he stole the Star Rod from the Star Spirits. She’s a powerful magic user, only able to be defeated by the the combined power of the stars and Princess Peach’s wishes.
