Kidnapped by the evil General Scales, Krystal used her telepathic abilities to send a distress signal to Team Star Fox, leading the gang to the planet Sauria. Once Krystal was rescued, she decided to repay Star Fox by joining the team, lending them her unique extrasensory abilities. Fox is absolutely entranced by her. In Smash, she appears as an Assist Trophy, attacking fighters with her staff, as well as using ice magic.
