#382 in the National Pokédex, Kyogre is the Sea Basin Pokémon, possessing the ability to expand the oceans. It is a clear Water-type. Kyogre is a super-ancient Pokémon, said to have brought torrents to save people from droughts. However, it fell into a deep sleep after a fierce battle with Groudon. Kyogre can be summoned from a Poké Ball in Smash, using Hydro Pump to push opponents off the stage.
