The smallest of the Koopalings, Lemmy has a childlike demeanor, seemingly caring more about having a good time than actually defeating Mario. He’s almost never seen without his signature rubber ball, bouncing and balancing on it during his battles with the plumber. Maybe that’s the reason he was only in the first world last we saw him... In Smash, he's traded the ball in for a Clown Car, using it to fight like the other Koopalings.
