Using the Charizardite X, Charizard can Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard X, a powerful form that drops Charizard’s Flying-type for a secondary Dragon-type. Mega Charizard X’s black coloring is a result of the overwhelming power that overflows from its body, alongside its flames burning a much brighter and hotter blue. This form was Charizard’s Final Smash back when it was fighting on its own.
