A powerful cyborg developed by the mysterious EAD group, Mr. EAD races in the F-ZERO Grand Prix to test his mental capabilities and debug any code issues. His victory in the race will mark the creation of the first flawless android. A second android was also developed, but was scrapped, his parts being reused for Mr. EAD’s vehicle, the Great Star. The machine focuses on boost power, neglecting stability.
