Here’s Nightmare’s true form! A dark wizard and the embodiment of bad dreams, he took over the Fountain of Dreams, turning all of Dream Land’s inhabitants’ peaceful dreams into painful nightmares. Kirby initially thought it was caused by King Dedede breaking the source of the fountain’s power, the Star Rod, which he did to try and stop Nightmare. After a short duel with the king, Kirby joined the fight against the dark wizard.
