What the King of the Koopas has lost in depth, he gains in personality. Paper Bowser just can’t keep quiet, announcing his presence (and often his victory) as soon as he walks in the room. He hasn’t lost his focus on the Mushroom Kingdom, though, often working with the heroes to stop the current threat... just so he can take Peach for himself.
