The scourge of Bianco Hills, Petey is the ruler of the Piranha Plants, though he is loyal to Bowser. Despite his size, he’s actually able to fly by flapping his arms. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, he worked under Bowser, Wario, and Ganondorf to kidnap Peach and Zelda, but was defeated by Kirby.
