#127 in the National Pokédex, Pinsir is a Bug-type Stag Beetle Pokémon, with its thorned pincers easily trapping a foe twice its size. It tries to slice its prey in two, but even if it can’t, it throws them hard and far. Despite its strength, Pinsir has a weakness to cold temperatures, burying itself in the ground to sleep. It has a rivalry with Vikavolt but gets along well with Heracross.
