When Tetra first travelled to the sunken Hyrule Castle, even she didn’t know she was the heir to Hyrule’s throne. Her necklace was actually a piece of the Triforce, which revealed her true heritage. Despite being kidnapped, she’s no damsel in distress helping Toon Link with a bow and Light Arrows in the final battle against Ganondorf.
