His crazed tendencies come from the fact that he’s being artificially pumped full of adrenaline and dopamine. He races to fund his plans, piloting the Death Anchor, a machine retrofitted from a Federation missile. It focuses on boost but has extremely low durability, for what should be obvious reasons.
